We drove up North this weekend with some guests -- Jake, Megan, Kevin. It was a delightful time, but we were bummed that all the state parks were slated to be closed given the government shutdown. As we drove past the defunct state parks, however, we noticed something peculiar -- people were parking on the side of the road, hoping the fence and going into the parks anyway. I know better than admitting to trespassing on a blog, so instead I'll simply show photos from the weekend. You can determine where we took them.
