A few months ago our neighbors built a chicken coop and over time the chickens have become more brazen and made every yard their home. Ana, whose love of dogs was second to none, has now (incredibley) found a new love: chickens. She follows them around, gawks and hollers. The only downside: I've been bumped down the list again. Ana's new favorite things include 1) her mom, 2) dogs, 3) chickens and 4) me. My only hope is that no one in the neighborhood buys a hamster any time soon. Or that if they do, it's an ugly deformed hamster.
