Ana has adopted a new word which coincides with a new world view on her part. She toddles around the house, points at anything that catches her eye and asks: "This? This? This?" We, her parents, have learned that behind the thin veil of a seemingly simple word, exists a larger command. What she is really saying is "Gimme dat. It's mine." Here she is with her mother's water bottle. And yes. These are photos of her taunting us when we asked for it back.
